Our CONNECT sustainability standard has been assessed as equivalent to the Coffee Sustainability Reference Code (Coffee SR Code) for 2nd Party Assurance.

The Coffee SR Code serves as a global benchmark for sustainable coffee production, addressing critical issues such as climate change, gender equity, economic resilience, and environmental protection.

HACOFCO’s CONNECT program was created to foster transparency, traceability, and continuous improvement across our supply chains. At its core, the program strengthens long-term partnerships between coffee producers and roasters, with HACOFCO serving as a trusted link and partner for both.

The GCP recognition confirms that CONNECT meets both the Coffee SR Code and the Operational Criteria under the Equivalence Mechanism 2.0. The independent review was conducted in collaboration with the International Trade Centre (ITC), ensuring a credible and transparent process.
